Profit and loss without the spreadsheet
Once tax season hits, every vintage reseller has the same problem: figure out what they made, what they spent, and what they actually owe. Hauly's reports turn that into a few clicks. You get a monthly P&L with revenue, cost of goods sold, shipping costs, market fees, and net profit. Pick a date range, pick a category, pick a platform, and the report adjusts.
How it works
Reports pull directly from the items, hauls, and markets you have logged. Every sale already has its cost attached, so the math is automatic. You can flip between monthly and yearly views, drill into a single month to see every transaction, and download a CSV summary if your accountant wants one.
By category, by platform, by month
The reports view splits your performance by category (denim vs t-shirts vs jackets) and by platform (Depop vs eBay vs Vinted vs Etsy vs Grailed vs Poshmark vs in person). You see which categories are pulling the most revenue, which platforms have the best margins, and where your time is best spent next month.
Tax season ready
When April comes around, you do not want to be reconstructing your year from screenshots. Hauly's reports give you a clean total of revenue, expenses, and net profit, exportable as CSV. Your accountant will love it. If you DIY, the numbers map cleanly onto Schedule C.
