Most resellers have a spreadsheet somewhere. Maybe a Google Sheet they have been updating for two years, maybe a CSV they exported from Depop, maybe a Notion table that got too big. How the importer maps your columns

Every spreadsheet is different, so Hauly does not assume yours follows a fixed format. After you upload, you point at each column and tell Hauly what it represents: item name, category, purchase price, sale price, date sold, platform, and so on. Hauly previews the first few rows so you can confirm before committing. Bad rows are flagged before they import.

Bring in years of sales history

If you have been tracking manually for years, your full history can come with you. Sales from 2022 will show up in your monthly P&L. Categories you have sold the most of will show up in your category breakdown. Your dashboard is fully populated from day one.

Works with any platform that exports CSV

Depop, eBay, Vinted, Etsy, Grailed, Google Sheets, Excel, anything that can save as a comma-separated file. Hauly does not care about the original format, only the columns inside.
